Wild Things
Debra Kuzyk and Janel Warmington, ArtsPlace, Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia
These are dark times. I think about the environmental crisis, and its impact on wildlife and their habitat. Humans are but one species, yet we have done so much damage to the planet.
The preservation of remaining wilderness is one of my most pressing concerns. My studio is a sanctuary where I explore and celebrate the grace and abundance of the natural world.
